New short courses on offer at AFTRS

The Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) has a series of upcoming short courses, teaching essential tricks of the trade, whether you want to learn a new skill or brush up on your existing knowledge.

Presentation Skills

Learn how to connect with your audience and create an engaging presentation with impact.

Online – 11 April

This half-day online course focuses on how to get the most out of presenting in the virtual environment and includes tips on how to set up your space, structure your content and maintain engagement whether you’re presenting to a small meeting or a webinar event. NEW In-person – 12 May

This one-day course taught on campus at AFTRS will help you improve your face-to-face presentation skills so you can present with confidence and authenticity. camera operator will be on hand to record and playback your short (1-2 minutes) speech. Enrol now for the early bird price of $765.

Podcasting for your brand – On campus, 13 – 20 April

Identify podcast opportunities for your brand and explore the production process stage by stage, learning techniques for scripting, writing, producing, presenting and publishing. Enrol now for the early bird price of $855.
