The Australian Radio Network have appointed Michael Harvey (right) as their new Chief Financial Officer.

Harvey has over 17 years media experience with roles at News Limited, Fox Studios Australia and CareerOne.

He replaces Cormac O'Shea who is off to London to be CFO of Clear Channel International, 50% owners of ARN.

ARN’s CEO Ciaran Davis said:

“This is an incredible opportunity for Cormac and demonstrates the diverse career avenues available at ARN via both our shareholders. We wish him all the best. However, we are very fortunate to have Michael to step into his place. With his proven experience, we are looking forward to the next phase of growth for ARN as we continue to position ourselves as the leaders in radio broadcasting in Australia.”

On his new role Michael said, “ARN is a very exciting place to be at the moment and its future prospects are well worth getting involved in. I cannot wait to join the team”.

Harvey will start April 10.
