Monk joins Today Network

With Fifi Box about to head off on maternity leave, Southern Cross Austereo have revealed that Sophie Monk will fill in for her for eight weeks on the national Drive show with Jules Lund.

Sophie is well experienced in radio having filled in for Jackie O on 2Day, Sea FM on the Gold Coast and on Nova with Dave Thornton a few years ago.

Announcing the news today on the Today Network, 

Fifi Box:  ….and welcome to my seat on the show…Sophie Monk!

Sophie Monk:  Oh Fifi, thanks for having me.  And for having that baby, it’s going to be awesome!

Jules Lund:  You do know about our new segment, Ham and Andy had ‘Pants Off Friday’, we’ve got ‘Clothes Off Friday’….

Sophie:  Oh, we do?  That’s so weird, but well, you gotta do what you gotta do….

Byron Cooke:  She’s fine with it…

Fifi:  Under no circumstances are you required to take your clothes off…I’m just making that clear to you.
