Miles Hlivko from KIIS FM Los Angeles chats on ‘Prodcast’
Miles Hlivko is an imaging producer at 102.7 KIIS FM in Los Angeles; the home of Ryan Seacrest. He joins Dom Evans on the latest episode of Prodcast.
It’s one of the most recognisable radio brands in the world and Hlivko has the enviable job of building the ‘sound’ of the station. In this episode of Prodcast, he discusses how the industry has evolved.
“You know culture has really shifted a lot since the 90’s when that rockstar imaging person existed.
“We as broadcasters have to be more a reflection of the audience.”
For Evans, it was a great opportunity to sit down and talk all things production with one of the ‘greats’.

Just to let you know, searching for ‘prodcast’ doesn’t work in Pocketcasts, but ‘Dom Evans’ does. I’ve just binged Season One and love the integration of all the production – it’s one thing to hear strategies etc. but so good to be able to then hear an example. This is the only podcast I turn up really loud in the car!
