iHeartRadio NZ Free Concerts

While the much, much bigger Australian iHeartradio Music Festival didn’t get off the ground, across the ditch in NZ, ARN counterparts TRN are holding a couple of free iHeartRadio concerts.

Kiwi icon Tim Finn, with a career spanning 40 years will be appearing in the South Island at Dunedin and Christchurch this Friday and Saturday. It’s part of Tim Finn’s Dizzy Heights New Zealand Tour. The free concerts will also feature special guest Bic Runga.

They have also made it pretty easy to enter with tickets being offered free to iHeartRadio users.

And it’s not just a couple of songs either, but a full one and a half hour set.

iHeartRadio NZ has secured a couple of big concerts and artists since launching. They nabbed Lorde just as she took the world by storm. According to TRN, in less than a year it has over 200,000 registered users and app downloads.
