Hit Network lands naming rights for Sarah Jessica Parker events

Staff Writer

Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker arrives Down Under next month.

Southern Cross Austereo’s Hit Network has secured the naming rights from promoter Business Chicks, Australia’s largest and most influential community for women.

Just like Mr. Big and Carrie Bradshaw, it’s a perfect partnership for a network focussed on women aged 25-54.

The actress will appear at two events, one in Sydney (Oct 21) and a second in Melbourne (Oct 22).

The Hit Network will have Australian radio exclusivity across 2DayFM Sydney and FoxFM Melbourne, including ticket giveaways. Hit presenters will also interview ‘SJP’ on stage.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with Business Chicks to bring SJP to Australia.

“It’s a brand match made in heaven for Hit and our largely female audience.

“SJP has been an inspiration to many! As an astute businesswoman, actress, style icon and mother, we can’t wait to share her story with Australian audiences.”

Best known for her role as the much-loved Carrie Bradshaw in the HBO TV series Sex and the City, SJP has won many accolades including two Emmys and four Golden Globe Awards for her acting and is currently starring in HBO series Divorce.
