Hamish & Andy confirmed for TV return

Channel 9 have today formally confirmed that Hamish & Andy will front some of the Olympics coverage from London.

Speaking to News Limited, Nine Managing Director Jeff Browne said "They will base themselves at some little pub in London and bring us a whole lot of stories on the way to the games". 

Nine have not clarified whether the Hamish & Andy show would be a series, or be a number of one-off specials, however they will be no doubt be looking for a stronger ratings performance than 'The Gap Year' delivered in 2011.
