Gold Coast’s Sea FM turns 30

SCA’s Sea FM Gold Coast turns 30 years old today, and the station relived some of its best moments.

From the official Launch Day featuring Jimmy Barnes to their first survey celebration, through to now, there’ve been plenty of big moments.

Of course, there were the 90-minute challenges at the opening of Movieworld in 1991.

Some of the biggest names in radio joined Breakfast hosts Heather, Dan & Ben this morning to reminisce about their time at the station.

Renee Peterson, Ugly Phil and Craig Bruce were all on hand to remember their time at Sea FM.
