Fresh 92.7 New Breakfast – Alex & Dally

With Ben and Liam off to triple j, Fresh 92.7 in Adelaide have announced their new Breakfast show for 2017 Alex and Dally.

Alex Lokan and Dally Nijjar joining from Grants Magic 93.1. Dally got his break at Fresh 92.7 and re-joins the station after a run in the Riverland and Alex also joins Fresh from Magic as well, where she covered News and Breakfast.

Dally said: “I lived and breathed Fresh while I lived in Adelaide. I love the music, the people and the vibe. The first time I ever went on air was at Fresh and because of the opportunities Fresh provided me, I’m now able to do the thing I love. I can’t WAIT!”

Alex added: “I was absolutely pumped to learn I’d be joining the Fresh team in 2017. I don’t remember what I said when I found out I got the job, but I assume there were a few four-letter words and some screaming, so I handled it like a pro, obvi.”

Fresh 92.7’s Content Director Ryan Burgess said: “Dally will bring an amazing energy, willingness and cheekiness to the show, while Alex will offer the best turn of phrase and cutting commentary I’ve heard from anyone on-air in this market. I am genuinely excited to welcome Dally back to where it all began, and introduce Alex to the exciting things happening at Fresh in 2017 and beyond.”

Alex and Dally start at Fresh 92.7 in Breakfast from January 9.
