Staff Writer

Starting today on Fiveaa in Adelaide, the team have developed a concept for a client that will see all their talent star in a daily radio serial.

The 10 part radio play for Great Southern Rail will be called 'Intrigue on the Indian Pacific’ and will air at 7.50am each morning for 2 weeks.

Characters include :-

Morning announcer Leon Byner as Narrator
Afternoon announcer Belinda Heggen as Lady Belle
Breakfast contributor Tim Ginever as Timothy the attendant
Breakfast host Keith Conlon (pictured right) as The Colonel
Breakfast host Jane Reilly as the Cook
Drive show host Stephen Rowe as Steamin Steve
Weekend breakfast host Michael Keelan as himself
Night time host Bob Francis as Large Robert
Drive show host Graham Cornes as The Driver’s Coach

Belinda Heggen (left) says:

“It’s very much murder on the orient express meets faulty towers! We’ve all had a lot of fun recording it. It should make for some fun listening"

While Keith Conlon says:

“I will be drawing heavily on Anthony Hopkins, Jack Nicholson and the Stanislavsky method to bring a dastardly edge to my character ‘The Colonel.’ The great radio serial era is back!”
