Fitzy & Wippa reward Sydney’s unsung heroes

Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa are partnering with Qantas to take 120 of Sydney’s unsung heroes on a specially chartered flight to Queensland’s Australia Zoo on Thursday 1 December.

Fitzy said, “We can’t think of a better way to end the year, than by rewarding some of our deserving listeners with a fun-filled adventure for them and their families. The lucky winners will get up close and personal with some of Australia’s most iconic animals – and Wippa!” 

From 19 November to 29 November listeners can enter via novafm.com.au to nominate either themselves, a friend or loved one who is doing it tough or working selflessly for others to win a spot on the Fitzy & Wippa branded Qantas plane.  All Qantas staff will be volunteering their time to ensure these unsung heroes enjoy their day.

Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa will broadcast their penultimate show for 2016 from the Qantas’ Heritage Centre at Sydney Airport. Joining them will be some well know friends of the show as well as a surprise performance before listeners depart for Australia Zoo.
