First Speaker Announced

One of the first speakers of the Commercial Radio National Conference has been announced and you will possibly recognise some of his handy work. “I Bought a Jeep”, the “World’s Greatest Job” for Tourism Australia or the launch of Virgin Airlines in Australia with Richard Branson.

His name is Sean Cummins.

 

Sean is the global CEO of Cummins&Partners, and is slated as one the headline speakers at the commercial radio industry’s National Radio Conference on the Gold Coast on Friday October 9.   

Based in New York and flying back to Australia for the conference, Cummins will talk about their philsophy and how they build brand platforms. With the the recent Bendon lingerie push that featured Sia and model Heidi Klumm Cummins said: “You want to strike a balance between ad and entertainment, so that people will engage and want to watch or listen to the branded content.” 

CEO of CRA Joan Warner said:  “The radio industry is always looking at ways we can continue to innovate and create engaging content for both advertisers and listeners”.

With more speakers will be announced in the coming weeks, rhe 27th ACRAs will be held on Saturday the 10 October at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre with the National Radio Conference taking place the day before, on Friday the 9th at Jupiters.
