EARSAY – the audio production company founded by Dom Evans – has boosted its team with its first full-time hire: James Coster from SCA’s Fifi, Fev & Nick show.

Today, Coster starts his new role as EARSAY’s Audio and Digital Producer, working with clients across podcast production, sound design, video production and radio imaging.

As an audio production start-up, taking on a full time hire within 17 months is no small feat.

Since launching in 2023, EARSAY has built a reputation for producing high end sound design, with past and present clients including EA Games, Australian Federal Police, Kate Langbroek, TEG Dainty, The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jack Laurence, 3rdspace, Creative Natives, ARN, SCA, NZME and the ABC.

EARSAY Founder Dom Evans says “Those building a company will know that the first few years are a wild ride, so to be in a position to take on James, with his extensive experience and strong commitment to client service and growth, is fantastic.”

“I’m so proud of where the company has grown to already, and excited for this next stage of growth with James on the team.”

Coster says “I’ve been watching EARSAY grow, and when this opportunity came up, I jumped at the chance.”

“I look forward to contributing to not only the premium audio and digital product EARSAY provides clients on a daily basis, but also the huge potential of the business.”
