Dave Grohl music special on Triple M

From Monday, the Triple M network will air 'Dave Grohl Presents Sound City', 9 shows featuring music recorded at the legendary California studio. It is also the subject of Grohl's upcoming Sound City documentary. Here's a preview…. 

The shows will air at 9pm AEDST on all 4 Triple M's every Monday until January 28.

Each episode will focus on a specific time at Sound City, starting at 1970 and finishing at 2011.

Grohl says:

"I'm so proud of the Sound City film and beyond excited for the world to see what I've been working on for the past year. Even before that, though, I'm grateful to Triple M, and radio networks around the world, for giving me the opportunity to share all this great music and to let people know what got me excited about Sound City in the first place."
