DAB+ Survey #7: Sydney loves ABC Jazz, Coles Radio #1 in Melbourne

Welcome to the seventh DAB+ Digital Radio survey results for 2018.

Radio Today analyses the cume audience numbers on DAB+, as part of our rolling ratings coverage for Survey #7.

The battle for Sydney between Edge Digital and ABC Jazz continues this book. with ABC re-taking the #1 position. They reclaim their spot with 114,000 cume audience (+18,000) from Edge Digital who now hold 82,000 (-20,000) but remain comfortably in second place.

Coles Radio rises back to the top in Melbourne, finishing the survey period with 76,000 audience (+12,000), just ahead of closest rivals Double J and OLDSKOOL Hits.

In Brisbane, The 90s iHeartRadio remains popular, sitting on top of a hard-fought battle for first with 36,000 (+2,000). Triple M Classic Rock is in second place, ahead of Coles Radio.

Meanwhile, ARN saw similar joy in Adelaide, with The 80s and The 90s iHeartRadio stations #1 and #2 respectively.

OLDSKOOL Hits is the top-rated DAB+ Digital station in Perth, ahead of smooth, Double J and Buddha Hits.
