Crocmedia nabs Greg Alexander for NRL Nation 2019

Staff Writer

Crocmedia’s NRL Nation is back for a second year, adding even more names to a stellar commentary lineup.

New to the team in 2019 is Greg ‘Brandy’ Alexander, one of the game’s best analysts.

The coverage will be led once again by Brenton Speed, with former NSW origin coach Laurie Daley, as well as Gary Belcher and Scott Sattler in tow.

“We were blown away by the positive feedback we got from listeners last season,” said Sattler.

It is great that we can reach so many rugby league fans through NRL Nation, especially in regional areas. I can’t wait for Round 1 to kick off so we can do it all again.”

Steve Roach and Brett Kimmorley both return to the team as ‘Red Energy’ experts.

The team is rounded out by Scott Prince, Terry Campese, Renee Gartner, Brent Tate, Jimmy Smith, Emma Lawrence, Peter Psaltis, Joel Caine and Shaun Timmins.

“It is a first class commentary team, loaded with the best play-by-play callers and experts in the business,” said NRL Nation EP Jeremy Markham.

“Covering four games every round and 108 games across the home and away season, as well as 3 State of Origin matches and all of the NRL Finals action, means NRL Nation is at the forefront of NRL radio coverage.”

NRL Nation is available on 160 frequencies on 2019, as well as on the official NRL app and website, and on the NRL Nation site.
