Craig Zonca for 612 ABC Brisbane Breakfast

After more than ten years with the ABC, Craig Zonca will take the Breakfast reins with 612 ABC Brisbane.

Craig has been the Queensland Country Hour for the last three years and ABC News Queensland’s weekend weather presenter for the last two years.

Local Manager, Jen Brennen said, “We are very excited to welcome one of the ABC’s rising talents into our team. Craig has had a remarkable broadcasting career working in Local Radio in Rockhampton, Townsville, Toowoomba and Brisbane. He brings with him a wealth of radio experience and he is trusted and well-loved by our Queensland audience.”

Craig has hosted programs for the network from some of the most remote and unique parts of the country, including the massive cattle stations of Queensland’s Gulf Country. He has been an integral part of ABC Local Radio’s emergency broadcasting team and was a trusted voice during the 2010-11 Brisbane floods.

Craig Zonca presents Breakfast on 612 ABC Brisbane from Monday the 30^th of January and replaces Spencer Howson.
