Celebrities reveal their nastiest inner thoughts for R U OK? Day

On this R U OK? Day, the KIIS Network’s Will & Woody invited their celebrity friends to share the nastiest thoughts they have about themselves and say it to someone else, whether it be their co-host, partner or best friend.

The idea is that if we say it aloud, we get this perspective that it is an awful thing to say to anyone, especially ourselves … and it’s also not true.

They were joined by the likes of THE PICK UP’s Britt Hockley, Laura Byrne and Mitch Churi, Jack and Falcon from The Inspired Unemployed, The Project’s Georgie Tunny and Sam Taunton and Brooke Boney.
