CEASA release media revenue figures

The Commercial Economic Advisory Service of Australia (CEASA) have released its full 2012 report on media advertising revenue and their change from 2011.

While it's no surprise that print has been suffering, some other interesting stats are revealed below that include how regional and metro radio went.

The media sectors that improved their share of the advertising pie in 2012 were (percentage change from 2011) :-  
Regional Radio +3.8
Subscription TV +11.5
Regional TV +0.1
Total Online +25.6
Total Outdoor +1.7
Cinema +12.9
Those that saw a downturn included :-  
Metro Radio -1.3
Newspapers -15.1
Magazines -20.4
Classified Directories -18.9
Metro TV -3.8
