Broncos Captain’s Better Half – On River949

Being the wife of Broncos captain Corey Parker, Margaux Parker is used to hearing her husband on the radio. But come Monday the shoe will be on the other foot with Margaux joining Campo on River949.

Campo’s been flying solo since his co-host Marnie T went on maternity leave. Last week he was joined by former Triple M Brisbane host, Michelle Anderson.

“Michelle has been an absolute blast,”Campo said.

“I’m missing Marnie like crazy so it’s been nice to have some female company in the studio for a change.”

“We’ve had Margaux on air with us as a guest in the past and she’s always been a great laugh and doesn’t mind dishing a bit of dirt on her husband Corey.”

Margaux, who welcomed her second daughter River in January said: “I deal with four kids every day so Campo will be a walk in the park”.

“I’m actually bringing the newest addition to the family in with me next week so that should be interesting.”

“River is only three months old so I’ll be on air with Campo and breastfeeding her at the same time. That has to be a radio first doesn’t it?”

Campo was quick to point out that Margaux is already a big fan of the station.

“I’ve been told that the Parker’s named their daughter River because they love the music we play.”
