Brodie Kane’s Kiwi Yarns podcast launches new video format
Brodie Kane’s Kiwi Yarns podcast will now be video-led, produced at Stuff Group’s augmented reality studio facility in Auckland.
Kane will sit down in a custom-designed virtual set to yarn with remarkable Kiwis from all walks of life. The episodes will feature the same long-form chats, whilst offering a more engaging and immersive audience experience through multiple camera angles and a cosy set.
Stuff Digital Managing Director Nadia Tolich says Kiwi Yarns is the latest in a string of video content produced from Stuff Group’s custom-built Auckland studio – which is available for hire.
“We have some of the best broadcasting talent in the country, be they on camera, on the studio floor or in the control room.”
The first video episode from the new virtual set debuts today, March 31, and features ThreeNews presenter Samatha Hayes sharing tales of her childhood, career and family life.
It will be available to watch at stuff.co.nz, the Kiwi Yarns homepage and Stuff social media channels including YouTube – as well as all major podcast platforms.
