Brisbane man marries his 1979 XY Falcon on Triple M’s Marto, Margaux & Dan

On this very special day of love, it was a wedding ceremony for the ages.
Triple M Breakfast with Marto, Margaux & Dan on 104.5 Triple M Brisbane married Ismet ‘Giz’ Vojic and his Valentine’s sweetheart … a beloved and restored 1979 XY Falcon.
Giz is a family man, married for 30 years, with two kids.
However, he LOVES his cars to death. He will go down to the shed once the rest of his family has gone to bed to spend time with his ‘other loves’.
His obsession has led him to own 3 cars, and over the years he has spent more money on them than on his family.
Giz tied the knot with his beloved Falcon at a special event at the John Reid Pavilion at the RNA Showgrounds, with Triple M Breakfast’s Greg ‘Marto’ Martin presiding.
The event, complete with arbor, flowers, confetti – yep, the whole nine yards – was attended by his wife, who blessed this new union with his ‘sweetheart.’

Wow! Radio has definitely gotten much worse over the years……. Is this what entertainment is these days? Whatever happened to the good old days of radio, the top 40 countdown and where you could ring up and win stuff like a CD or merchandise, to interviews of artists and bands that were informative and entertaining …… Oh how I miss them days of radio …….
