Breakfast show to go ?

Staff Writer

While the battle for breakfast television supremacy is ongoing, in radio we know the numbers they get are well down on what radio regularly achieves.

However, we will look on with interest to see the result of the 10am meeting at TEN's headquarters in Sydney this morning. The Daily Telegraph report that it is a staff crisis meeting to discuss 'TEN's Breakfast' and its ongoing poor performance.

The show regularly has bad ratings with a 15 minute segment of the show even recording zero viewers in Melbourne once.

Many have resigned from the show, including Producer Majella Weimers and ex-Mix 106.5 Breakfast personality Andrew Rochford.

Let's wait and see what happens this morning.
