Basil Zempilas leaves 92.9

The third member of 92.9's breakfast show Lisa, Paul & Baz has decided to leave the station.

After 6 years on the station, Basil Zempilas has announced that tomorrow will also be his last show on 92.9.

He says he is staying in radio. With the rumour earlier this week that he could be joining 6PR breakfast, this looks to be the case. We'll find out in the coming days.

On 92.9 breakfast, Basil has also worked with Nova's Wippa, Em Rusciano and Sam Mac. He also thanked station GM Linda Wayman and programmers DB (Derek Bargwanna), Mickey Maher and Todd Campbell.
