Aussie startup Omny Studio bought by Triton Digital

Melbourne-based tech and podcast company Omny Studio has been sold to LA-based Triton Digital.

Omny Studio was founded in 2012 and Triton has been integrated with Omny since 2017.

The deal sees Triton acquire the technology, assets, and team of the Melbourne-based Omny, including co-founders Long Zheng and Andrew Armstrong.

Significantly, the deal will add see Omny Studio’s comprehensive CMS and hosting capabilities added to Triton Digital’s preeminent portfolio of streaming, advertising, and measurement technologies.
