Audata, run by SCA’s Keegan Bakker and Adrian Brine, has announced its first ever ‘Promo Star’ Award, recognising “the creativity, originality, and achievements of promotions talent in the Australian radio industry.”

The winner of the 2019 Promo Star will head to Lisbon, Portugal next year for Radiodays Europe conference.

“It’s always really exciting seeing the kinds of new and exciting promotions our customers are dreaming up and executing with Audata, so this is a great way to recognise and reward them,” said Audata CEO Keegan Bakker.

The comp is open to promo staff from any of Audata’s Australian and New Zealand customers, which includes SCA, Nova Entertainment, ARN, NZME, and Grant Broadcasters.

The judging panel will include radio and creative professionals who don’t work for Audata or any eligible companies.
