Ashy Bines opens up about needing life-saving brain surgery on the Grow & Glow podcast

In January this year, Podshape signed business owners and influencers Ashy Bines and Keiara Dorrough to produce a podcast called Grow & Glow.

Since then, they’ve been on a mission to help listeners grow and glow through life.

In today’s latest episode, Ashy opens up for the first time about how running a business has impacted her mental health, as well as the devastating news she needs life-saving brain surgery.

“What a big month,” says Ashy. “Digesting the news I need brain surgery and deciding to close a chapter. Making the hardest – yet easiest – decision of my life. Closing one door and opening up a whole new chapter.”
