Another radio station birthday

Earlier this week, Nova 96.9 turned 12 (see here). Today, Nova 106.9 Brisbane celebrated 8 years since they launched.

The team celebrated with a sausage sizzle, a cake and by replaying the launch audio from breakfast show Meshel, Ash, Kip & Luttsy.

At the time they still hadn't completed the build so the on-air and production studios were essentially little cubby houses, as Ash talks about in the below audio.
