It was certainly an eventful Friday the 13th for one Sea FM listener on the Sunshine Coast today.

The station's Breakfast Show, with Sophie, Brad and Angus dropped a perfectly good Hyundai Excel from a height of 35 metres, after Sea FM listener Darren had risked the car (which belonged to his mother) for the chance at a $5000 Home Theatre package.

The concept is essentially the Nova 'Tossers' tactic from the early 2000's. It is a tried and true tactic, with great appeal for the passive breakfast listener.
