All In Media bought by Audio Tech Company

All In Media, the guys who supply a heap of apps for stations around the country has been sold.

DTS Inc who is an owned subsidiary of Tessera Holding has secured the company and is adding it to its audio portfolio.

All in Media  was founded in 2007 by Chris Gould and Jason Malaure and has  offices in London and Sydney. They have been behind the creation of more than 500 radio station apps worldwide including the ABC, Bauer Media Group, Nova Entertainment, NRK, Primedia, Radioplayer, RTÉ Radio, Southern Cross Austereo and Wireless Group.

All In Media’s services and products across iOS and Android platforms include custom app development, premium template apps and industry aggregator apps. In addition, its broadcast system platform, RAPID, manages and publishes visual radio services. The RAPID platform enables radio stations to automatically collect as well as manually create rich visual content and publish it for distribution across both digital and FM radio, online and mobile platforms.
