Adelaide Rocks!

Like a number of states, Adelaide has a suburb named Springfield.

It’s an upper crust one for the city.

SAFM’s Michael and Hayley had an idea – they wanted a statue – a Bart in the Park.

So who did they call to put a spring into Adelaide’s Springfield?

Nancy Cartwright, the voice behind Bart from the Simpsons. Michael and Hayley, got Nancy to make the case to Adelaide’s Mayor. “….A statue of a well-known yellow, spiky head 10 year old boy…. That might be something I can do to help the city of Adelaide and Springfield”, Nancy said
