ACE Radio Network assembles for training day
The ACE Radio Network works off the philosophy that “if you work in radio, you’ll know that no two days are ever the same, and no amount of knowledge or training is ever enough.
In the spirit of that saying in mind, 88 members of the ACE Radio Network gathered together recently for a staff training day.
The company’s sales force, creative writers and management met in Ballarat, joined by guest speaker Ross Smith, a brand strategist who shared his wisdom, insights and international experience.
Also in attendance was Three Bongos creative director Mark Stevens and marketing consultant Jim Glennon, for a training day and forum aimed at refining and reinforcing company values to keep ACE Radio at the forefront of regional radio success.
The day included group exercises and imaginative demonstrations, with wisdom shared between seasoned veterans and brand new recruits alike.
