ABC Radio Perth Launches Stationery Stash Appeal

ABC Radio Perth has launched a new Stationery Stash appeal that will collect much-needed classroom items to ensure all WA children are well-equipped to do their best at school.

In partnership with charity WA-based charity Give Write, ABC Radio Perth is seeking donations of new and lightly used stationery to be distributed to schools to enable WA’s children in need to learn and thrive.

Give Write takes donations of new and used stationery to recycle, repackage and re-gift to children in need.

For the month of July, donations bins will be located throughout local schools, libraries and community centres as well as at ABC Perth studios in East Perth.

ABC Radio Perth’s Breakfast presenter Mark Gibson says “So many of us end up with extra stationery supplies sitting around the home or office and it’s great to know that they can go to a good cause.”

Give Write CEO Monica Smith says “This appeal will make a massive impact on Give Write’s ability to get donated stationery to those who need it most.”
