Libbi Gorr is the perfect fit for Disrupt Radio, according to company founder and CEO Benjamin Roberts.

The comedian and former ABC host will be one of the main presenters on the new national digital radio station, which will promote tech and entrepreneurial content.

And Roberts couldn’t be happier about the arrangement.

“Libbi is a true disruptor in every sense of the word, and her innovative spirit, exceptional communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset make her the perfect fit for Disrupt Radio,” says Roberts.

“When I first met Libbi earlier this year, it was immediately clear that she shared my passion for pushing boundaries and sparking meaningful conversation.”

“Her genuine warmth and ability to connect with people on a deeper level will undoubtedly resonate with our audience.”

“As a natural non-conformist, she brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to the table.”

“We can’t wait for our listeners to experience Libbi unleashed”.

Former ABC managing director Michelle Guthrie has joined the board of Disrupt Radio, along with Richard Hernan, managing director of Perth-based Broadleaf Financial Group and Colm O’Brien, currently a director at Sports Entertainment Network, the parent company of SEN Radio.

Disrupt Radio plans to begin broadcasting in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane this year.
