92.9 seize the moment to help

Staff Writer

On Friday a White Hummer was stolen in Perth that was full of clothing for the StyleAid charity event that night.

Lisa, Paul & Baz started the hunt to track down the car. It then spilled into the workday.

With the local community keeping an eye out, 92.9 had a call from Cathy who had spotted the Hummer in a laneway in Bedford.

The police were notified, and then vehicle owner Lara Kovacevich rang Hot Ross to let him know the good news.

“Thanks to the 92.9 viewers (sic) all ringing in and helping us – the car thieves have dumped the car. It looks like there might be clothes in the car. We couldn’t have done it without you guys, we are so thrilled.”

Here's the call Ross put to air :-
