92.9 Tamworth Workday announcer Jack Wallace heading home to Perth

Jack Wallace is departing his role as 92.9 Tamworth’s Workday announcer and heading home to Perth next month.

In a LinkedIn post, Jack said “My radio lecturer spoke a lot about ‘leaving your legacy,’ no matter how big or small it is, in other words, making a memorable contribution to your station on the way out.”

“I recently had the privilege and honour of branding the 90-year old 2TM’s transition from 1287AM to their new home on 95.5FM complete with a new logo and new look to accompany their new name; TMFM.

“Shoutout to Sharnae Birkett who worked closely with me on this project spending a few long nights on her own time coming up with ideas and having to retrace ancient 2TM logos!”
