3AW Content Director wins award

3AW Content Director, Nicole Denton (left), has tonight been awarded the Young Leader award in the Fairfax Women of Influence Awards.

Denton was the first female Senior Producer of the 3AW Breakfast Program, and was promoted to Content Director four years later.

Following the ongoing success of 3AW, Denton has assisted Fairfax Radio with the relaunch of 2UE in Sydney this year, whilst still programming 3AW. As part of the award, Denton will receive $2500 for professional development.

The recipient of the major Fairfax Woman of Influence award was journalist Kate McClymont of the Sydney Morning Herald.
