ZM also hold gay wedding in NZ

On Monday we told you how The Edge in New Zealand held their #SameSexWedding to mark the fact it is now legal for same-sex couples to get married there (see here).

Turns out they weren't the only station to celebrate the occasion. ZM also held their Fabulous Gay Wedding on Monday with listeners Natasha and Melissa tying the knot.

Matt Anderson, ZM's Music & Operations Assistant, said:

"It was a massive day for us – we had coverage across all nationwide television and print and even made the BBC website. We also broke all of our web records with 12,000 video streams of the ceremony and more than 41,500 unique browsers who viewed 1.5 MILLION pages on our site yesterday (Monday)."
