Wild Panther roams Albury streets

An awesome local and listener-driven story arc from Star FM’s Tom & Olly ran across multiple shows this week.

The backstory: Tom & Olly challenged the Lavington Panthers Netball Club to raise money for the Cancer Council, and in return, Tom would spend 1 minute for each dollar raised wearing the team’s mascot suit – a Panther of course.

The team raised $345, so Tom & Olly owed them five hours and 45 minutes in the suit….in public, and all captured on video.

The “Epic Conclusion” to the Lavington Panther suit saga… Ok ‘epic’ is perhaps an overstatement. After his visit to the pound, poor Tabby Tom needed a treat! And there’s nothing more ‘treat-y’, than a trip to Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga!
