Old School! Tim Lee is returning to Fox FM Melbourne

Staff Writer

After three years Hit92.9 Perth, Tim Lee is returning to Fox FM Melbourne.

Lee will host workday Afternoons and the nationally syndicated Old School House Party.

Lee will also take on the role of content operations manager at the #1 FM Melbourne station.

“I am pumped to be coming home to friends, family, and most importantly – The Fox!” Lee told Radio Today.

“After zig-zagging, and growing up all over the country for the past decade and a half, I’m honoured to be welcomed back to the station I grew up listening to on the Martyrs bus from Warburton to Billanook College.

“I can’t wait to find out all the new South Melbourne coffee haunts too!”

Lee began his career at Trax Music in the Perth suburb of Morley, then joined 92.9, before heading east to work with the Hot 30 Countdown and Melbourne’s Fox FM.

He also had a stint at Australian Radio Network in the digital space before joining 2Day FM Sydney.

Southern Cross Austereo also confirmed that current Afternoons jock Keegs is moving to Fox FM’s local weekend lineup
