It was a big 2016 in radio, as the New Year rolls in; we are asking a bunch of you three quick questions. Up next it’s Hit Network Head of Content,  Gemma Fordham.

The year in review, what are you most pleased with from 2016.

Without doubt the f**king amazing team we have set up this year with the network. An exceptionally talented bunch of people that genuinely have each other’s back, bring immense enthusiasm and passion to work every day and strive for the best. It’s a joy and honour to work with our team every day.

Biggest challenge facing your stations in the next 12-months?

Consistency for the network as a whole, especially now that Hit has rolled out regionally. Also growth in Sydney, which we will achieve.
