The Rush Hour’s A.B & Elliott throw the party to end all parties

It started out as a baby shower, then snowballed into the party to end all parties … the In Case You Missed It Party, to be precise.

It all began when The Rush Hour’s A.B & Elliott decided to organise a bash for A.B’s baby shower, but add in every party she missed over the years during Covid, including her engagement party, hen’s do, wedding, bridal shower and her 30th.

Then, on the show, they got talking to other people around Queensland who’ve missed parties over the years.

Mitch from Townsville called in because his 18th birthday party was supposed to be 30 years ago in Bundy, but his house burned down.

Then there was Karen, who missed her year 10 formal, and a couple from Hervey Bay, who seemed destined for a very belated wedding celebration.

So, the Triple M team decided to turn A.B’s baby shower into one giant, conjoined, ‘everything’ party.

Held in Bundy, the big event also included the show launch party for Triple M Bundy’s new brekky show Jacob & El.

The consensus from the team? “It was an absolute blast and we cannot wait to come up with an excuse to have another one!”
