The real story behind the Fifi/Jules Eminem interview

Yesterday, an interview with Eminem aired on both 2Day FM breakfast with Jules Lund and Fox FM breakfast with Fifi Box.

Some have heard the 2 chats and noted some similarities.

Although it sounds like two separate interviews, the answers Eminem gave were identical.

The rumour mill kicked into gear, asking 'was it actually an EPK with the questions cut in' or that the interview was recorded by Fifi but Jules then re-edited it to make it sound like he also had an interview.

Rather than speculate along with some others, here's the real story.

"We recorded it together but had to split it," said Jules.

There…that was easy.

SCA also told us: "Both Fifi and Jules conducted the interview together. We made some small edits to suit each station in both Fifi and Jules’ respective breakfast shows. Nothing was aired in either breakfast show that wasn't asked by either Fifi or Jules during their exclusive 10 minutes with Eminem. We played the interview back again with both Fifi and Jules together at 6pm nationally."
