The jostling for media assets – the games continue

An astute businessman and no stranger to media either. Owning the WIN Corporation with prime media assets including the WIN TV regional network and radio stations i98 Wollongong and C91.3 Campbelltown are amongst the list.

Chuck in a 15% slice of Channel Network Ten and now Bruce Gordon has secured a $5 million stake in Fairfax Media.

AFR reported the share spend in Fairfax, which is close to 1% of the company.

As it sits right now, Bruce Gordon is the largest shareholder in the Ten Network, which has reported buyer or merger interest from not only Foxtel but US investors and Fairfax.
