Tanya asks R U OK?

R U OK? Day is on Thursday and hit104.7’s Tanya Hennessy is now an official ambassador.

“R U OK? resonates with me because I am somebody who’s experienced mental health issues, both personally and through my friends and family,” says Tanya.

R U OK? Day is a national day of action and a reminder to regularly check in with friends and workmates and ask the question.

“If I can be a positive voice in the media through my job and with digital and online channels then all the better.”
