Triple J beat 96fm in Perth woah.
Interesting look at Sydney. Triple M and 2Day on 5’s.
Look at Smooth easy to see that there’s no format competition for the Adult Contemporary station.AC’s top the ratings in most markets around the world. If there was a good Hot AC in the market they would rate less.
Enjoy these graphs. You could do the same for the Breakfast and drive shows in each major metro market to maybe.
Look at Austereo in Sydney both stations on 5 along with Triple J. I’d be very surprised if they are making revenue budgets on those ratings.
Smooth are going well with a more music breakfast show. If you look at the bottom few Triple M, 2Day being beaten by Triple J. SCA should go for a more music breakfast show or are both brands damaged and beyond repair now ? I would listen would be better than listening to TV hosts trying to do radio. That never works.
