Stav, Abby & Matt chat with superfan as Billie Eilish mania hits Brisbane

This morning, B105’s Stav, Abby & Matt spoke to die-hard Billie Eilish fan Jess, who’s been camping outside Brisbane Entertainment Centre for three nights ahead of tonight’s sold-out Hit Me Hard and Soft concert.

Jess is part of a growing (and often controversial) trend known as ‘concert camping’, where superfans set up tents, brave the elements, and even create a wristband system to secure prime spots to catch a glimpse of pop superstars.

Jess revealed to the brekky team how the community of 600+ Billie Eilish fans outside the venue has become a mini music festival of its own – from Kmart tent villages to DIY security protocols and strategic toilet planning (spoiler: there is none).
