Southern Cross Director resigns

Southern Cross Media, the parent of SCA, has today announced the resignation of Director Marina Darling (pictured).

Darling has been a Director of SCM since September 2011, and prior to that a Director of Southern Cross Broadcasting since 1999.

In a statement, Chairman Max Moore-Wilton said: "On behalf of the SCMG Board and management, I thank marina for her commitment and dedication and wish her well in her future endeavours".

He went on to say that the Board would continue to review its composition and membership in an orderly manner throughout 2014.
