Smallzy tells Gawndy about his move into Nova 96.9 Mornings

Nova Network host Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small is the latest guest on Gawndy’s Radio Randomly podcast.

The pair cover topics including Smallzy’s long-serving #1 National Nights run, as well as his move into Nova 96.9 Sydney Mornings recently.

Smallzy also reflects on getting older; “I think in my early days I was a perfectionist and I needed everything to be right.

“You come to a certain point in your life when you realise, you can chase perfectionism but it doesn’t exist.”

He also chats about the insecurities that plague all radio hosts.

“People who are happy and confident, and like themselves… they do not step in front of a microphone begging for the acceptance or the love of people who they have never met.
