SEN WA launching a new Drive Show

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) announced today it will launch a new local drive show in Western Australia in 2022.

The new offering for WA sports fans will be called ‘The Run Home with Hase and Marto,’ hosted by Paul Hasleby and Damian Martin.

Paul Hasleby is a former Fremantle Docker who played 208 games and won four Ross Glendinning (now Glendinning Allen) Medals.

Joining Hasleby is former Perth Wildcats captain Damian Martin also a six-time NBL champion. The much-loved WA sporting personalities will be on air together from Monday February 7.

Paul Hasleby who has been with SEN WA for five years said he’s excited to see the growth in the amount of local programming the network will be producing in 2022.

“I’m pumped for the next challenge and the continued development and expansion of SEN into the WA market,” Halesby said.

“I can’t wait to work alongside Damian Martin whom I have watched and admired for so long and together create a fun, engaging, insightful show that WA sports fans can feel part of.”

Former Perth Wildcats captain Damian Martin who is embarking on his first regular radio show said he’s excited to work with Hasleby, and the engaging sport discussions the pair will have.

“I’m so looking forward to joining a household name in Western Australia in Paul Hasleby and the team at SEN in putting together a show we hope listeners not only enjoy but feel part of with The Run Home,” Marto said.

“Plenty of talk not only about the Perth Wildcats and Hase’s statue in Northampton but of our incredible sporting team and individuals. Bring on Feb 2022.”

The Run Home will be live from 3pm-5pm Monday to Friday and can be heard on SENTrack Perth 657, SEN Peel DAB+, SEN Spirit Bunbury 621, and through the SEN App.

Popular breakfast program ‘Breakfast with Gilly and Goss’ will return in the new year 6am-8am Mondays and Fridays.

Adam Gilchrist and Tim Gossage will continue to bring some of the biggest names in sport to WA radio. Goss will also host breakfast Tuesday to Thursday so WA sports fans can wake up and drive home with local sports content every weekday.

Sports Entertainment Network content manager Julian Bayard said he’s excited to have such universally and locally loved WA talent on board for 2022.
